LED sorting device: PTI system

The "PTI system" is a completely new assortment (seeding picking) system that allows for efficient sorting by shipping destination after total (aggregated) picking. With clear instructions for input openings provided by highly visible LED lights and easy-to-read touch panels indicating input quantities, it minimizes errors and achieves high work productivity. The simple structure without display devices on the shelves not only makes it less prone to breakdowns and troubles but also flexibly accommodates changes in product types and fluctuations in volume.
